We have finally arrived in the beautiful and rather grand Sydney!
After mastering the rail network early we walked to our accommodation based in the Olympic Park grounds. It was like wondering through an Olympic dream, up-lit stadiums towering above us as we walked wearily through giant statues of running figures! It was quite a sight.

First observations of the country...
The currency is HUGE! Folks if you thought the old english 50 pence was big, think again!
It seems that every homeless person we pass has awesome new expensive trainers on...
It seems we have stumbled into China town, Sydney seems to have sooooo many Chinese/Japanese/Asian people living here!
We hope you all have an amazing New Year wether its a quiet one with the family or a wild one on the town!
